We are off down the Jagorawi Tol and the Sirkuit Sentul exit on Sunday for a round at the delightful Permata Sentul, a course that has been disgracefully neglected by us for nearly a year.

The delights of the course, unarguably the cutest caddies in Jakarta, green fees of a wallet-lite 700,000 including cart (no walking) and a decent tee off time of 11:00 has already seen registrations to date of nearly thirty, so it has all  the makings of what should be an excellent day in the sun.

Speaking of the sun, we witnessed so many exhausted Tee Set walkers coming off the relatively flat Senayan last Sunday that the cart-inclusive structure of the charge for the rather more challenging Permata Sentul is likely to appeal to most.

If you haven’t already, then sign up at “Yes, I’m playing” as usual so that we can advise the course of numbers and get the scorecards prepared. It really helps your scribe if you get your registration in before 3pm on Fridays as the cards are then printed at a certain kind company’s expense rather than his own.
