Next up: Kedaton, Sunday 22nd March 2015

KedatonKedaton features more water than a stick could sensibly shaken at with the dreaded H2O making its presence felt on fully 17 of its 18 holes.

That said, a very fair challenge and an enjoyable course!

It is also a course measuring a full 6,914 meters at its longest. so maybe it is finally time to wheel out the oft talked of, but seldom (yet?) to be seen, “White tees for all the fellas” option. We will see!

Kedaton used to be something of a trek, located as it is out on the Western flatland fringes of Jakarta, however, the completion of the JORR’s missing link has improved matters tremendously and this what we wrote the last time we were there back in November.

A Tee Set Sunday can have no better start than a fast and trouble-free journey from home to the course and today was to see exactly that – with 25-35 minutes from South Jakarta being reported by almost everyone to what was once the “faraway” Kedaton out on the Merak Tol.

With a relatively early 11am tee of from 1 & 1o you will have a rare opportunity to be back home before dark, though we imagine some will instead see it as an opportunity for a bite to eat and extended post-prandials as usual 🙂

Green fees etc of are a reasonable 650,000 – or a less reasonable 790,000 with shared cart. Sign up here to join in the fun.

Cheers, Tee Set
