The vote for staying at Imperial at 70% is as clear as you will generally get outside parts of the Former Soviet Union and Africa. We will try therefore try to negotiate an extension on the best terms we can get, with Matoa as a back-up in the event that they should try to pull a “Senayan”  on us.
