The Tee Set community is feeling the shock of the loss of our good friend, Interleague representative and playing partner, George Bevege who passed away on Saturday in Manila.

Friends are leaving tributes on George’s Facebook page here.  If you are like many of us and not yet ready to accept the loss of a classic, hardworking, honest and lovable Australian character, you may want to read through some of the comments, which demonstrate the range of people whose lives were made better through time and laughs with George.

Sincere condolences to George’s family and loved ones.  George was a fine golfer, among the best chippers, but we will all remember you as a man.
