Tee Set Championships 29th November Matoa Nasional – We’re almost there!

If past Championships (above) are any guide, you will be in for a great day on Sunday if you heed some basic warnings:

  1. Make sure you get there on time. Breakfast and Bloody Marys are  served at 5.30am.  Group photo is at 6.30am. Tee off from 13 tee boxes is at 7.00am – Program here
  2. Save all complaints for another day.  Everyone is there to have a good time, including your organisers. There is plenty of food, booze and entertainment to guarantee it.
  3. When you arrive, pay your fees (1m Rp) and check your locker number. Your goody bags and shirts will be in your lockers.
  4. Submit your score cards as soon as you finish play – before you shower.

Wherever possible we have given you your preferred flight pairings so check the Flight List and starting hole. There may be minor changes on the day so the master list will be on the board.

The only local rules are:

  1. the Tee Set Rule – You must be able to support yourself unassisted on the first tee….. (as played!).
  2. only players with a Tee Set handicap who have completed at least 5 Tee Set rounds since the last Tee Set Championships are eligible for net prizes.  All other prizes are open to all.
  3. greens will be marked with gimmie circles (a grip length in radius). Gimmie putts are allowed only if a ball is touching or inside the circle.

Most importantly, have fun!
