Yep, it’s back to our one time base and venue for the Tee Set Championship for some years, Matoa Nasional, on Sunday, this on fairways oft trod by former President Soeharto and, erm, friends.

Much improved fairways and changing facilities over the past couple of years make it a very attractive proposition at 600,000 roops including compulsory cart.

We will have an 11am tee off from 1 & 10 and hopefully very little traffic on the long weekend holiday, so register here as ever to join the 30 plus already up for Tee Set fun in the sun.

HOGFest 2016

As you will almost certainly be aware, Tee Set is a strong and long time supporter of the Yayasan HOGS charity here in Jakarta, a charity that supports disadvantaged kids across Indonesia, primarily those afflicted at birth by cleft palette and/or cleft lip conditions, conditions which are pretty much life destroying when left untreated, something which regrettably happens far too often here in Indonesia.

In 2015 the Yayasan HOGS provided funding for 130 operations and hopes to at least match that this year.

Your committee has decided to once again support the Yayasan HOGS with a donation of 10 million Rupiah from your hard-earned weekly participation fees. Can we also ask for your further support for the best charity in Indonesia by attending to their annual gala event, the HOGFest?

HOGFest itself is a hugely enjoyable evening with tickets at just 700,000 and with lots of food, free flow beer and entertainment laid on – and with a special low rate for the very welcome under 12s – your committee will once again be there in force and hopes to be joined by plenty of other Tee Setters as usual!
