While our interleague team ventures each month to Jagorawi Country Club, it’s been a while since we scheduled a Tee Set round there. This week we are all there – a bizarre mix of interleaguers, Jags members and Tee Setters – for what should be a great day of golf and laughter. It’s a good chance to meet and mix with other Jakarta golfers.
Jags gives golfers a chance to use every club (and every ball) in their bag, so take the challenge, confront your demons, and come and support your team.
If you haven’t registered do so here as usual. The price is 975,000RP and your Tee Set registration has been reduced to 50,000Rp to effectively bring the green fees down a fraction more. Registrations will go to support interleague.
Tee off will be a shotgun start at 1230 or 1245 (whatever we can agree with management) incorporating interleague and Tee Set.

Three important upcoming events on the schedule – so save the date:
- 11th and 12th June – Rancamaya Weekend Away incorporating DOGS versus Tee Set Challenge. Registrations will be called for next week once Event El Supremo Jan gets the best rate possible out of the hotel.
- 3rd July – Golf in the City Weekend – sponsored Saturday Dinner at Shangri-La, Stay Option then Sunday Golf at Senayan. Registrations will be called for soon. Event El Supremo VP Mel is finalising details…it’s taking him multiple visits to BATS to tease out the finer points.
- 23rd and 24th July – Battle Royale Team Event at Nirwana, Tanah Lot in Bali with Par 5 Golf Society. Register here. I have just spent 4 days there, the course is outstanding and the sunset drinks above the signature 7th hole, followed by a trip to Canggu, are not to be missed.
