There are still a few places left in the EU, ANZACS, GB and Rest of the World teams for the Tee Set World Cup at Riverside on Sunday, so drop us an e-mail here if you are up for the Global Challenge!

While the event is being played over 2 Sundays, some teams have players coming in for week 1 but being substituted in week 2 …. so signing up for just 1 of the weeks is ok with us, just mention when you e-mail us.

Green fees etc including shared cart will be 770,000 roops. We will have a full shotgun start from holes 9 – 17 at 12:30pm which will get us round in good time sans hujan. On that subject, Riverside have spared no expense in engaging the services of the finest Pawang Hujan in the area 🙂

Please show up in good time on Sunday as we need to sort out the final team line-ups and allocate those teams to their starting holes – and have breakfast.

The Tee Set World Cup format is as follows

Sunday 2nd October is four ball better ball – played in teams of two using Stableford scoring based on your team’s better ball. Pairings will be completed on the day. Some interesting liquid prizes when we will be putting the winning pairs into the hat and pulling out 3 lucky winners.

Sunday 9th October will be the climax of the comp when individual Stableford scoring will be the order of the day.

And at the end of all that, the winner will be decided on the total of all Stableford points by team over the two days. The Winners get to hold the handsome new Tee Set World Cup for a year – and bragging rights for the same duration of course 🙂
