Thank you everyone for supporting last Sunday’s Championships at Matoa. 107 players, great support from our sponsors, a vote of confidence in returning the Committee for another year and a party which went on until dark saw us close out the 2017/18 year in style.
Whilst we finalize the reporting to send out a post of the day’s activities and results, we commence the 2018/19 year with a change of schedule and a quick return to Gading Raya.
Gading Raya has been one of Tee Set’s favourites and deservedly so with an excellent course and good faciliites being complemented by relatively easy access for many Tee Setters.
After a gap of 15 months, we had a successful return to Gading Raya recently with 50 players joining us and so with Modern having a competition this Sunday, we have taken the opportunity to have another round here.
Tee times off 1 & 10 at 11.30am have been confirmed along with the more attractive pricing of Rp800,000 (was Rp950k in 2017) with carts.
Lots of good reasons therefore to sign up here and we look forward to seeing you all next week.
Lost and Found at Matoa
We had the usual lost and found items on Sunday as well as the odd bag swop as a few departed having enjoyed the day. At writing, we believe that everyone has been re-united with their belongings or has made arrangements to be so re-united. We are collecting Tee Set’s banners etc.. from Matoa this week so if anyone is still missing items please let us know asap.
