Sunday 13 February 2022 was closing date for Members comments on the draft Constitution for Tee Set.
I am pleased to report that there was no negative response . The suggestions received were excellent and thanks to the contributors.
Final draft will be made shortly ready for a vote to accept or reject the Constitution by active Members.

No matches were played this Sunday due to the Valentine’s Day mixed and others doubles special Event.

- While taking nothing away from the fabulous low nets in the mid-50’s, after-golf shenanigans competed with actual golf at PJ for highlights on Sunday.
- Lasting images: Jane Finnie waiting all alone in several fairways while Sami searched for his overcooked tee shots!
- One undeniable benefit from the Valentine’s Day format: Not-so-good golfers (like me!) find themselves often putting for birdies and even sinking some!
- Ladies were treated to chocolates and red (soap!) roses .. their attendance made the day! Special thanks to Jane and Cucu.President Geoff got the karaoke program kicked off with an obscure Oz rap rendition of an army drinking song. Well, maybe not, but that’s what it sounded like over at drinking table #3. Sam (My Way) Westen, Cucu (Cotton Fields) Chandra and Guarav (500 Miles) Shirke took their turns at the mic. along with others. When it was all done there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.
- Good times went on past resto closing time as Tee Setters put their collective stamp of approval on the Valentine’s event.
- The day was dark and stormy with lightning all around. Golfers with umbrellas up and jackets on played with their irons on the muddy ground. 🏌️♂️⛳️☔️⚡️. Safely in the clubhouse with chocolate, wine and roses on every table did abound. 🌹🍫🥂💝 With mic in hand he walked around to bring a smile and some cheer and hopes to see you all again next year.
