HIGHLIGHTS (The Thomas Report)
A lot of A+ takeaways from Sunday’s round at Modern not the least of which was perfect golfing weather. Add to that an enthusiastic multinational turnout, good timing, reasonable pace-of- play .. you get the picture.
Richard Mau spent the last few days whipping his game back into shape with a progression any of us would be proud to emulate .. 89, 85, 80, and 76 on Sunday.
Seabrook (M) played well but could’ve been better save for an errant water ball and an out-of-character duck hook which elicited an anguished cry heard three fairways over.
