PRE GAME BRIEFING AND MOVE OUT :

Tee Set wish to thank D.O.G.S for allowing us to join with them so that Tee Set could play on a Saturday. The cooperation was outstanding. D.O.G.S arranged the pairing, flights and scoring for both eventsunder the guidance of Rod. Many D.O.G.S joined Tee Set and vv.

Players were welcomed by traditional cultural music and welcome dance before and after the game.

The day was a fantastic success with great weather, easy joint checkin / registration, pre game light lunch, briefing, perfect course condition and drinks. Hot-HED once again provided hotdogs at halfway house.

After the game cards were collected and tabulated by Rod and Adhe as joint effort. Thank you both.

D.O.G.S made their presentations in the main hall. Kevin skilfully guiding the process.

Tee Set Started the AGM with introduction by Craig Ewers, followed by the President Geoff Thwaites who delivered the Financial and Presidents Reports.

Election for President was held by online voting and paper ballot. Counting was conducted by Adeh and given to Geoff for announcement of the new President. I want to thank the candidates and voters for your participation.
