Not a lot to say about last Sunday’s JIL except the mighty TeeSetters went down 6 and 4 to the Sandbaggers. A couple of late withdrawals led to a few last minute shuffles to field the team. The usual suspects won and a couple of slow starts left the others running out of holes but we all fought to the end.The team sits 1 point adrift of the leaders but there is plenty of time and plenty of fire in the belly of the team to get the job done. Hoorick Hoorah TEESETTERS
A big thanks to VC Dean and his team on Geoff, Steve, Vincent, Craig, Peter, Doug & Mike.
We play last year’s champions next round so they will have their hands full as we bring TeeSet pressure to the fore.

For those playing in the TeeSet day we saw an outstanding performance from Irene who carded a most impressive 66 net. Irene will be happy to hear we have a few more games ahead at Imperial during the course of the season. Other prizes below.

The Winners

As the sunsets on the President it shines brightly on Irene. Well done for the win with an impressive low net 66.

Hitoshi another to master The Imperial Teletubbieland with a very good 78 gross.

Bill in the money this week with low putts 25 (friggin eh) and first little bird. Should be wearing TeeSet colours though.

Jude nails a sandy on the 9th to take home the coin. Well done

Standing in the shadow of the President is young David, who last week at GR scored 39 stableford points and to avoid time consuming countbacks and the employment of Ambonese debt collectors we have given David joint prize money with Nicolas. Well done to both players
