Feels like  a year since we had our last Tee Set Championship, so time for another one on Sunday of course, when the schedule for the day will be as follows:

05:35 Breakfast and Bloody Marys

06:30 Team photo at the front of the clubhouse

(please note that the wearing of the new Tee Set shirt is compulsory)

06:40 Get to your starting tee box

07:00 Shotgun Start

12:00 Margaritas, beers and lunch

13:00 Prize giving

13:25 Announcement of the new President

13:30 The Band from Bandung begins to play

As you will see, and in something of an unwelcome development, Matoa is insisting that we have our shotgun start at 7am rather than thirty minutes later as previously planned – which means that some of you will have to get up before you go to bed. No worries, Tee Setters are made of sterner stuff.

Players, Flights and starting holes will be prominently displayed in the clubhouse so check them out as soon as you are registered.

A reminder that the charge payable upon registration is 950,000 roops or 800,000 if you have either played 5 or more times since the last Tee Set Championship or are occupying a sponsor berth.

We have seen the usual late rush of cancellations due to weddings, funerals and business travel – and now have 6 slots available to be taken for Sunday, so if you have any mates who would like to join in the fun, then let us know!

As well as receiving your Tee Set Championship shirt and goody bag on registration you will,  if you have played 8 or more times since the last Championship, also be given a voting slip with the two candidates names on.

Simply circle your candidate of choice and place it in the distinctive green and white box being modeled here by Santi Miller, who also did an exceptional job of hiding the nature of its original contents – Super Mie!!

The new President of Everything will be announced immediately after prize giving.
