Yep, that fine course, JABABEKA, provides your last opportunity with Tee Set to fine tune your game for the 30th Anniversary round at Matoa on the 1st September.
If you intend playing JABABEKA (we have 18 eager Tee Setters registered already) then please fill in the usual form here.
Tee off will be from 1 and 10 at 11:50 with green fees etc, including shared cart and a really rather decent meal after the game at 800,000 roops.
We make no apologies for repeating, for the benefit of the inexperienced and/or forgetful, that it is possible to come seriously unstuck getting to the course by failing to come off the Cikampek Tol in time. Here is the President of Everything’s guidance on the issue, in a vivid red so that even the half awake might notice it.
We seldom visit JABABEKA without a casualty from failing to exit early enough on the Cikampek Tol heading east – get into the far left lane at no later than kilometer post 27 and exit at the next gate, Cikarang Barat (?). Failure to do so will ruin your day, trust us in this matter.
Finally, we are struggling to work out how many will be attending the 30th Anniversary round though, having 95 shirts ordered for the event, and even discounting double and overseas based Tee Setters orders, we suspect it will be quite a lot more than usual!

Dear Scribe,
Some of us have an issue with the title “President of Everything” given that the job is already taken by SBY … We kindly suggest a re-title to “President Of Something” or “POS” for short which more accurately reflects his (and ours) aspirations … Notwithstanding, we all agree that he is a great POS in a world full of POS (especially driving POS) !!!

Dear Silent Minority/Loyal Tee Setters/Tuhan99, we are not without some sympathy with your view on the issue, however, as he is “Car Pooler in Chief”, writes the newsletter more often than not, hardly ever misses a game, organises the flights, MCs the prize giving, raises lots of money from sponsors and faithfully attends Committee meetings at Star Deli until he is ready to fall over, your humble scribe has to pass on your suggestion and will continue to address him as the PoE until the next committee meeting at least, when the possibility of renaming him PONY – or the President Of Nearly everYthing will be put to the vote
