Although a mixture of events and a major accident on the toll conspired to prevent a dozen of the registered players from being able to play yesterday, 106 Tee Setters turned out on what was a fantastic day all round. I will not steal the thunder from the scribe of the report but just a couple of messages to share to all those following Tee Set.
President Roger Finnie officially stepped down as of the close of the event and the members present yesterday voted to confirm a new committee structure to manage Tee Set for the coming year including its core members Bill Lloyd, Craig Ewers, David Baglivo, Geoff Thwaites and Ric Wymer. The Committee is still looking for a few volunteers to assist either officially or for events so please contact one of the above if you are willing to help.
A big thank you again to all our sponsors who made the day possible, to the committee members who put in a lot of work to organize the day, to the Cengkareng management and staff who ensured it went smoothly and to DJ Pascal who kept us enjoying the evening with his special selection of music for the day.
Lastly, as I sign off for now, thank you to all the Tee Setters who contributed to the excellent gifts handed out to the committee and myself personally. I shall certainly enjoy the bottles in the coming weeks and look at the pictures as part of many fond memories of my time as President.

Roger, congrats. 4 of the 5 “core” members will remember me even though I preceded most of them and I have enjoyed reading the regular newsletters from you. Again congratulations to you and thanks for keeping the group well documented.
