43 Members responded. 1 was not eligible. 2 Rejected. 40 Accepted. 75% of responding Active Members is required to Accept the Draft Constitution. Therefore the Constitution is ACCEPTED BY 95.3% of responding Active Members.

A signing ceremony will be held at Modern Golf & Country Club at 11am Sunday 6th March 2022.

The Constitution will become effective at 12 noon on Monday following signature.

The method and procedure was transparent and inclusive First Phase was internal drafting, Second Phase was request comment and input from ALL Members, Third Phase was amend draft to include suggestions from Members, Fourth Phase was for Committee to approve final draft, Fifth Phase was to VOTE to accept or reject the Constitution by Active Members. Final Phase will be to sign the original Constitution and publish on the Tee Set website and hard copy distribution to Playing and New Members.
