As we mentioned the other day, the main drag out to the course, the Cirendeu road, is something of a mess with some minor widening and the installation of a solid concrete base to the whole length of the thing. Take the colourful route on this map past Fatmawati Hospital – and not the grey one which will only lead to unhappiness.

Alternatively, if you are coming from the Pondok Indah side of things then you can take the Old Bogor Road and hang a left at Jl. Cabe Raya (at the McDonalds). Last time we looked the turn to Pondok Cabe was well sign-posted.

And finally some statistics to close out the Old Year before we start the new.

Nothing of earth shattering significance except that skirts are on the up, while birdies and eagles are dropping out of the sky.

More encouraging is that the number of player rounds actually crept up year on year to within loose change of 2,000, and this in a most difficult period for the Indonesian economy generally, and its oil and gas, and mining sectors in particular.
